Refund policy
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers in Norway and the EU have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason.
Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Address: Returns must be sent to: Olandia, 129 Gamle Bygdevei, 1284 Oslo, Norway.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label. The cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund (please see current rates under our Shipping Policy).

Unrequested Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is received and approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item in our online store.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the cost of return shipping).
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@olandia.no.
